We want you to sleep soundly, which is why we offer a 100-night trial on all Buffy products. If you aren't completely in love with your bedding, we provide free returns and full refunds within the trial period.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return and download the prepaid shipping label provided by our system.

  Package Your Bedding

  Place your items in their original packaging or a secure box, attach the prepaid label, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
